This is a fantastic gift idea for any one wishing to get a taste of what it is like to fly a big jet liner. The session includes a briefing from the instructor covering the basic flight instruments and flight controls prior to take-off. All 30 minute flights put you at the controls and will include at least 1 take-off and landing and will also cover basic aircraft handling skills and some basic navigation skills.

Just before take-off you will be briefed on the primary controls, instruments and procedures necessary to be ready for take-off. After permission from Air Traffic Control you will accelerate the plane down the runway and take-off. During your flight you will be fully immersed in your experience. You will be managing your airspeed, altitude and watching your heading whilst monitoring any other air traffic. The wide array of screens and indicators will also need to be monitored and you will have to complete all real life aircraft check-lists. When the time comes to land you will approach your chosen destination and you will have to have maximum concentration to be able manoeuvre into position, to be able to correctly approach the runway and complete a safe landing at over 22,000 airports around the world.
