The house and verandah have the perfect orientation, facing Granite Island, the Norfolk Pines of Victor and through to the Bluff. It also has views of the Hindmarsh river wetlands, teeming with birdlife. This incredible property is private and secluded, and the views will take your breath away! Walk to the sandy beach via a rough track at the bottom of your front lawn, or sit on the lovely wide timber verandah with your favourite book enjoying a cuppa or maybe sipping on a G & T! The kids can play cricket or bocce on the lawn. Enjoy the thrill of the Cockle Train travelling right past the back gate! The views are simply spectacular – this is dress circle Victor Harbor! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a fabulous sitting/dining room spanning the front of the cottage taking full advantage of the views on offer. The kitchen has a view where people queue to do the washing up! A spacious games room with pool table and second TV at the rear of the home provides extra space for kids enjoyment! There is a detached lock up 2 car garage providing secure off street parking. There is reverse cycle air conditioning, a dishwasher, two TVs with DVD and a pool table. Bedding (sleeps 8 people): 1 x Queen bed 1 x Queen bed 2 x bunk beds (so 4 single beds in total) The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied. There is a secure area for dogs off the back deck, and gates on the deck for the safety of little ones and furry ones! Please note that this property is not available for Schoolies booking and doesn't accept 25 December Arrival/Departure.
