The new Bistro On3 Restaurant has been inspired by France's most popular bistro classics. Our feature plat du jour is equally accommodating for solo diners such as hotel guests as it is for families, small groups and couples alike.
Bistro On3's service style is relaxed and guests are encouraged to engage with our waiters to discuss the French dining offering. Located poolside at Sofitel, our dining room showcases a superb Gold Coast outlook. Our feature dishes are created with passion and flair, and sit well with our international diners. Most popular entree dishes include the mouth watering steak tartare with vine ripened tomatoes, rocket and ciabatta crisps; and hearty main dishes such as moules frites, white wine, thyme and creme fraiche; or from the chargrill, our grain fed pure Angus 400 gram rib eye. To conclude your meal, treat yourself to vanilla creme brulee, champagne raspberry sorbet and almond tuille.
Bistro On3's wine list is a specific selection of red and white wines, all available by the glass or bottle. A selection originate from France while the majority have been sourced locally from boutique wineries in Australia.
