We are a family owned and operated Gourmet Burger & Espresso Bar. Our beef burger patties are made inhouse daily. We use our own blend of beef from whole cuts of beef that we cut, grind and handform each morning. Essentially, we are serving fresh steak in the form of a beef patty. We guarantee that all burgers are from fresh ingredients - at no point do we freeze any of our beef patties or chicken. Our coffee is roasted by local roaster, Suspension Espresso. The current blend we serve consists of 2 Single Origin beans with a kick of robusta. Bold, dark crema with a hint of dark cocoa. We take great pride in serving quality food, specialty coffee and great service.
